I coordinate and brief all involved vendors and suppliers. I provide regular status information, timelines, cost estimations, briefing decks or management summaries for you. This enables me to keep the entire team informed and you - to keep the overview.




If other specialists are required, I can involve highly capable partners out of my professional network. I know them, brief them, get them up to speed and if required also add their best price to my bill for you.
